Theresian Military Academic Forum 2025 (TMF 2025)

Its goal is to prepare military leaders for upcoming challenges. To achieve this, the forum provides both general orientation and specialization in the field of cybersecurity.
The theme for TMAF 2025 is: “WarTech Nexus: The Industrialization of Future Autonomous Warfare.” The conference explores how digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence are transforming warfare. These developments not only pose new challenges for military planners but also raise questions regarding Western values and international legal norms.
In light of current developments, where not all global actors share these ethical and legal concerns, a crucial question arises: “Is the global West losing its military superiority?”
