Matthias Wasinger is an Austrian soldier, publicist, and military expert. He is the commander of the 24th Infantry Battalion, editor of the international military journal The Defence Horizon Journal, as well as an author and interlocutor on security policy issues and armed conflicts.
As part of CNSS e.V., he leads the Publishing and Journalism Working Group.
